ABOUT ME

Hayden Lehr is finishing her degree in fashion design at Parsons School of Design where she was awarded a merit scholarship.

Hayden spent her childhood in the Southeast. While juggling a rigorous academic schedule she sought opportunities to learn sewing, pattern making and accessory design. She further deepened her knowledge of the fashion industry as a student stylist at Bloomingdale's, assisting numerous independent stylists and working backstage at fashion shows.

Early in her design practice at Parsons she explored her love for gothic music, literature and philosophy. These influences gave way to faux chainmail garments made from can tabs. She continued to experiment with a variety of techniques and materials such as quilting, printing, felting, crystallizing, and natural dyeing. Currently she is working with leather and leather alternatives.

Hayden's work has been featured in Style Cruze magazine and Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam. She has sold her work at the boutique Eclipsed Emporium. She has participated in group fashion shows with other young designers and her accessories were included in the late Bella Pietro’s NYFW ’25 show. Recently her garment was worn by rapper JT styled by Briana Andalore.
